I have earned a Master of Science degree with a major in Management Studies at the University of the West Indies (UWI), Open Campus in St. Augustine. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Technology, Jamaica (UTECH) and an Associate of Science degree in Business Studies from the College of Agriculture Science and Education (CASE). With experience gained as a Business Lecturer at the College of Agriculture, Science and Education (CASE) and at the Excelsior Community College, my administrative skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills and the use of the English language in both its oral and written forms have been sharpened. My tasks included but were not limited to helping students in various modalities of online and face-to-face to become more efficient and functional in various subject areas, designing and delivering lessons, assessments, and designing examination papers. As a previous Assistant Literacy Coach, English Teacher and Business Teacher at Paul Bogle High School, it allowed me to sharpen time management skills and the ability to perform optimally under pressure.I also spent over 5 years within the Hampton Court District aiding students between ages 4-6+ (using the Montessori approach) and 11-16+ (concerned with the GCSE/IGCSE, British and American Curriculum). My over 8 years of teaching experience have led me to assist and at times lead in co-curricular activities, which strengthened my relationships with students
